Student Development Events

Hello fellow students! We are responsible for helping you unleash the potential within and developing into all-rounded, legendary medical students.

We organise events such as the SB Dowton Leadership Seminar, Life in the Real World Seminar and (together with the Vice President) Peer Mentoring. These events are aimed at equipping students with the skills they require throughout the medical course and beyond. In 2011, we are also hoping to introduce more skill-building sessions, such as Sign Language classes tailored specifically for medical students. Our portfolio further includes conference funding, so we also review students’ applications and distribute funds accordingly.

Stay tuned for more coming your way!
