COVID-19 has severely impacted many of our medical students, with a substantial number experiencing unanticipated and emergency financial situations. This is particularly true for many of our low-SES, rural and international students, with the costs of housing, food and education putting a strain on many, particularly for those who have lost work due to the pandemic.
The UNSW Medical Society has organised means-tested grocery vouchers for our students in-need and we would greatly appreciate any support you can spare.
